You would be buying a single-family home “Fix & Flip”, with 3 Trails pre-vetting the deal for profitability and providing high-caliber general contractors to improve the property. You can then sell / “flip” the property, or hold it as a rental with a commercial tenant paid through the state.
What Is the Minimum Investment?
3 Trails investment projects vary by the property, but a typical home requires $40,000–$100,000 from start to final sale as a “flip” or refinance into a rental.
Are These Investments Safe?
All 3 Trails projects are vetted for surplus equity value at purchase and for the optimal projected ARV upon sale or refinance to mitigate risk. In addition, our rentals significantly exceed market rents, including Section 8 rates, providing additional security and cash-flow stability.
